7-Day Return Policy for Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. We do not currently offer returns for "change of mind".

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us directly on WhatsApp with:

1. Your order details.
2. Clear photographs of the defective item.
3. A brief description of the issue.

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [X] business days.
